  • "To create a new product, I'm going to take all the same base information and pop it into Propel. From there, it auto sets off the approval process. No longer are we waiting for three different processes, 18 different teams." In their engaging presentation at #Propulsioin2025, Lori Ann Lundergan, MBA and Ryan McLaughlin of Allegro MicroSystems explain how Propel helped them throw out the elaborate game of the telephone they had to play for every approval process—and how it resulted in a 75% time savings! • We see you, Propel Team North! 💪 This past weekend, our colleagues rolled up their sleeves for the Spokane Hoopfest Association. 🏀 Great work, Erin Gracyalny, CCSM, Aaron C., and James Pearson! Propel is a proud member of Pledge 1%, providing dedicated time every quarter for our employees (wherever they're located) to give back to their communities.

Most SaaS providers raise prices annually to cover their costs. While nobody likes to pay more, customers understand that those price increases fund R&D to build new features and capabilities that increase their productivity. That extra productivity has to justify the increase in cost for customers to remain happy. So, how does Arena justify price increases with little to no product advancement? Based on what we consistently hear from customers who have made the switch to Propel, Arena’s pricing model doesn’t just lack transparency—it actively works against user success. Here's what we mean: 1️⃣ Renewal price spikes hit hard once you’re locked in. 2️⃣ Add-ons are the norm, not the exception—essential features are paywalled instead of included in standard upgrades. 3️⃣ SOWs often underrepresent actual implementation costs, leading to inevitable and expensive change orders. 4️⃣ Partner implementations are often underscoped, with follow-on work billed at higher rates once initial discounts disappear. These tactics make it difficult to plan, budget, or scale with confidence.  The difference with Arena is the lack of upfront clarity and predictability. • At #Propulsion2025, product innovators came together to stop asking “if” and started planning “how.” How to unify data. How to accelerate launches. How to scale without chaos. How to make AI actionable. And perhaps most importantly, how to take control of their futures. This year’s customer-led sessions highlighted a simple yet powerful truth: transformation is underway. It's happening rapidly, and it's getting results: 🎯 Allegro MicroSystems: 75% time savings in approval processes 🎯 VAST Data: Change orders cut from 50 days to 30 🎯 Teladoc Health: Cycle times cut from 17 to 3 days 🎯 Ascensia Diabetes Care: Changes processed 6x faster 🎯 Surmodics, Inc.: ~205 days saved in change management For those who joined us, thank you for being part of this journey. For those who couldn’t make it, the recordings are available now—and they’re packed with practical strategies, bold visions, and the kind of insight that turns aspiration into execution. • How are we using technology to drive growth? When an IT leader gets this question from their CEO, Propel's Ross Meyercord recommends "answering the question by showcasing where IT is a catalyst for future revenue opportunities and how you’re developing in-house skills and partnerships to accelerate the delivery of new technology capabilities." Read more insights in the CIO Online article, "5 questions every aspiring CIO should be prepared to answer." Check it out here >> https://lnkd.in/gDE87smD

  • "The executive sponsor is in a unique position to recognize not only individuals and key contributions, but metrics and the management methodologies that help the business be better, faster, stronger next time." In their #Propulsion2025 presentation, veteran PLM consultants Tina Murray and September Higham explore one of the thorniest challenges in digital transformation: organizational resistance to change. All SaaS companies must contend with this initial question: Do you build your own platform or bet on a proven foundation? In today’s market, every minute your team spends on infrastructure is a minute not spent on innovation. Here’s the unfiltered truth: Propel chose differently. 📌 Comparison #1: Our AI solution, Propel One, is a role-based, autonomous suite of agents built natively on Salesforce's Agentforce. Arena has yet to mention any development of AI for PLM or QMS. 📌 Comparison #2: Propel inherits Salesforce’s gold-standard SSO and MFA integrations. Arena builds and maintains its own SSO… guess who’s footing that bill? 📌 Comparison #3: Propel is backed by billions in R&D, thousands of engineers, and the entire AppExchange ecosystem. Arena is stuck with stalled innovation, with its parent company, PTC, funneling development funds to other products. What does all this mean? Propel’s dev cycles solve your business challenges. Arena’s cycles solve their infrastructure puzzles. Dive into the platform comparison here >> https://lnkd.in/ebitVCau

  • Where in the world is the Propel team this week? 🇬🇧 That's right – London, baby — at the #AgentforceTour! One thing is very clear at today's event: Agentic AI has caught fire in enterprises all over the globe. And Salesforce's Agentforce proves to be foundational. One attendee summed it up with a classic Britishism: “The main thing to know is that Agentforce does what it says on the tin.” If you're attending an upcoming stop on Agentforce World Tour, keep an eye out during the Mainstage Keynote – you may just see a familiar logo! Propel gets a nod for being one of the first apps on AgentExchange. Learn more about our agentic AI solution, Propel One, here >> https://lnkd.in/ewzycJ7K
